What to watch on TV tonight: Thursday
Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.
A Week To My Wedding (RTÉ One, 8.30pm)
Yes, it’s yet another wedding reality series. To break up the Say Yes To The Dress marathon, you know yourself. This series catches up with Irish couples just one week away from their big day. Tonight we meet Maeve and Brendan in the midst of last-minute wedding prep. Will there be freak outs? Only one way to find out.
Eat Well For Less (BBC One, 8pm)
In this brand new series, Masterchef’s Gregg Wallace and greengrocer Chris Bavin advise families how to eat better, avoid overpriced supermarket food and save money in the long run. In tonight’s episode, a family discovers that they are spending twice the amount of food as an average family of five. Gulp.
Boy Meets Girl (BBC Two, 9.30pm)
Boy Meets Girl is about Judy, a transgender woman, who falls for Leo, a much younger man, on a night out. It’s described as the UK’s first transgender sitcom and if the trailer is anything to go by, it looks warm and lovely. Perfect Thursday night viewing. #BoyMeetsGirl

At yesterday’s TV3 autumn schedule launch, Browne announced that he will be allowing ordinary viewers drive out to TV3 studios and be on the panel if they so wish.
“We needed to change it and we thought this was a better idea,” Brown told TheJournal.ie yesterday.
Ah yeah, that doesn’t reek of DISASTER at all, at all.
Unfortunately the show will not be any longer, meaning that exercised viewers will have to absolutely boot it out to Ballymount if they want to appear on the show.
Browne’s show returns next Monday. (TheJournal.ie)
